Connected Checkout Terms of Use

These Connected Checkout Terms of Use ("Checkout Terms") govern your use of checkout and payment services provided through Network Pay LLC ("Network Pay," "we," "us," or "our") on behalf of the seller (the "Principal"). Network Pay has been appointed by the Principal as an authorized agent of payee pursuant to a written agency agreement for the limited purpose of collecting and processing payments.

By completing a purchase through our connected checkout service, you agree to these Checkout Terms.

1. How Connected Checkout Works

When you make a purchase through our connected checkout:

  • The Principal is the seller of the products/services you are purchasing
  • Network Pay collects your payment as the Principal's authorized agent of payee
  • Your payment to Network Pay satisfies your payment obligation to the Principal
  • We transmit order information to the Principal for fulfillment
  • Network Pay will appear on your credit card or bank statement as the billing entity
  • All product/service inquiries should be directed to the Principal

Network Pay does not sell, resell, or take title to any products or services. The Principal is solely responsible for all aspects of the products/services, including quality, fulfillment, delivery, and customer support.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our connected checkout:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • ACH bank transfers
  • Wire transfers
  • Other fiat currency payment methods as made available through our platform

For stablecoin, digital asset, and cross-border payment methods, payment collection may be handled by Network Clearing LLC, an affiliated entity also appointed by the Principal as an agent of payee for digital asset payment methods.

3. Transaction Processing

When you complete a purchase:

  • Your payment is collected by Network Pay on behalf of the Principal
  • You will receive an order confirmation identifying the Principal as the merchant of record
  • Network Pay coordinates payment settlement with the Principal
  • The Principal is responsible for fulfilling your order

Processing Times: Card and ACH payments are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Settlement times to the Principal may vary.

4. Pricing and Fees

  • Product/service prices are set by the Principal
  • Network Pay does not set, control, or modify product/service prices
  • Currency conversion rates are determined at the time of transaction
  • Any applicable service fees will be disclosed before you complete your purchase

5. Refunds and Returns

The Principal's refund and return policies apply to all purchases. Network Pay processes refunds only upon the Principal's express written authorization.

If you need a refund:

  • Contact the Principal directly for product/service-related refund requests
  • Contact support@networkpay.us for payment processing questions
  • We will forward refund requests to the Principal for authorization
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

All refund decisions are made by the Principal. Network Pay does not have independent authority to issue refunds.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a dispute about a charge:

  • Contact support@networkpay.us first — we can often resolve issues faster than a formal dispute
  • We will coordinate with the Principal, who will determine the response to any chargeback
  • Network Pay facilitates the documentation process on the Principal's behalf
  • Chargeback decisions (contest or accept) are made by the Principal

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

Network Pay acts solely as the Principal's authorized agent for the limited purpose of collecting and processing payments. Network Pay is not the seller of, and bears no responsibility for, the goods or services purchased. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Product or service quality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose
  • Delivery, shipping, or fulfillment
  • Product warranties or guarantees
  • Principal's compliance with applicable laws

Your payment to Network Pay, as the Principal's authorized payment agent, satisfies your payment obligation to the Principal.

8. Privacy

We collect and process only the information necessary to complete your transaction and comply with applicable laws. For details, see our Privacy Policy at https://networkpay.us/privacy-policy.html.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Checkout Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our connected checkout services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
